We will be at TI Bluegrass Winter Get Away show April 5th. Show starts at 7:00 pm. Next weekend we will be at the Clayton Opera House along with the Foggy River Boys and Remington Ryde. Grab a poster and pass the word.

For those folks who have followed us over the years, Liza has decided to take a leave of absence this season. Liza has informed us she will not be performing with any band this year so that she can spend more time with her children. We respect her decision and will definitely miss her standing on stage with her family.

BUT, with that being said, we are pleased to tell you Laura has stepped up to the plate and will do a lot more of the lead singing. Laura has filled in for Liza when Liza was on maternity leave and she has done a fine job. Laura will pick up some of Liza's songs, and will contribute her own style and song selection.

Also this year we will be joined by our son, Adam Atkinson who will be playing mandolin and take his turn at singing a song or two.

Back with us, Dave Bevins, the 2003 National Dobro Champion from Chilson, NY. Dave is featured on the newest release, Twilight of Day, along with Angels Rejoice CD and the Live at the Bainbridge CD. Dave is an exceptional, tasteful and inventive player that fits very well with the Atkinson's style and family.

We are very pleased to be able to continue with Dick Atkinson on banjo, lead and harmony vocals, Shelene Atkinson on guitar, lead and harmony vocals and the rest of the family. We all contribute to the band and make it a family affair!

We have busy summer season ahead, so please come out and say hello!
